"Synopsis: Requiring the Department of Transportation to study options for providing rail transportation in the Annapolis area and between greater Annapolis and the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas and to report its findings and recommendations by a specified date; requiring the Department to use existing resources to conduct the study and to make findings and recommendations; providing for the termination of the Act; etc."

Anne Arundel County Government
